So would you have to change to where they both point? Or could the 1.6 build for windows on the nightly build page be moved to where the main gnu.org pspp download page points? I can change the links on gnu.org to point to a known-good Windows binary, but I don't think it's appropriate to host Windows binaries (or other binaries) at gnu.org.
